The Pattern Interrupt (0:00 – 1:30)

Start by reframing what they think they know. "Before we do anything — I want to ask you something. When you look at a chart, what are you actually looking at?" Let them answer. Whatever they say, respond: "That's what 95% of traders see. I'm going to show you what the other 5% see."

→ Goal: Create immediate contrast between their current understanding and what's possible. You want them curious before minute 2.

Why Futures (Not Stocks) (1:30 – 3:00)

"Futures are how institutional traders move markets. When you understand futures — ES, NQ, crude oil — you're watching the same instrument that banks and hedge funds use. There's no company earnings risk. No halts. It trades nearly 24 hours. And the leverage — when used correctly — is extraordinary."

→ Key distinction: emphasize futures as a professional instrument, not a gambler's tool. You're elevating their perception of the asset class.

The Three Things That Move Price (3:00 – 5:30)

Keep it tight. "Price moves for three reasons: liquidity grabs, imbalances, and order flow. Everything else — RSI, MACD, moving averages — is just a derivative of these three things. You can't see the order flow from a moving average. That's why retail traders lose."

→ Drop a specific concept — order blocks, fair value gaps, or market profile — based on what you trade. Name it. Make it feel exclusive.

Give Them A Real Example (5:30 – 7:00)

"Look at this chart from [today / yesterday]. See this candle here? That's a liquidity sweep. The market ran stops above this high to fill institutional orders below. Any retail trader with a buy stop there got hunted. I was short. Right here." Show a real trade. Real numbers. Real time.

→ Specificity = credibility. Point to an actual chart, an actual candle. Don't be vague. Show your receipts.

Find The Wound (7:00 – 9:00)

"Tell me — what's the most frustrating thing that keeps happening in your trading?" Shut up and listen. Let them talk. Common answers: "I get stopped out right before it moves my way," "I don't know when to enter," "I made money then gave it all back." When they finish: "That's exactly what I see happen to traders who don't have a framework yet. That's what we fix."

→ Mirroring their pain is more powerful than any sales pitch. Let them tell you why they need this.

Reframe The Problem (9:00 – 10:00)

"Here's what's happening: you're making decisions based on incomplete information. You're reading price — but you're not reading the intent behind price. That's the difference between guessing and trading with edge. And edge is learnable."

→ Never make them feel stupid. Reframe their losses as a knowledge gap — one you can close.

Live Screen Share Moment (10:00 – 12:00)

"Let me pull up the market right now." Share your screen. Show a live chart. Point out one concept: a key level, a VAH/VAL, an open gap, a liquidity zone. "See that? That level at [X] — there's a cluster of stops sitting right there. If price comes to it, I'm watching for a reaction within 3–5 ticks. That tells me everything."

→ LIVE is everything. Even 60 seconds of a real-time read will do more than any recorded content they've ever consumed.

Make It Feel Accessible (12:00 – 13:00)

"You don't need to watch charts all day for this to work. I trade specific windows — the open, the London handoff, the 3PM move. 2–3 hours max. The rest of the day I'm done. That's what I'll show you — how to be in the right place at the right time, then step away."

→ Remove the intimidation factor. They need to believe this fits in their life.

The Soft Ask (13:00 – 14:30)

"Based on what you told me, I think you're actually closer than you realize — you just need the right framework and someone to hold you accountable while you apply it. I have two ways I work with people: [Option A] and [Option B]. Given where you are, I'd recommend [X]." Be direct. Don't offer 4 options. Offer 2 max.

→ Decisiveness transfers confidence. If you're unsure what to recommend, they'll be unsure whether to buy.

Handle Hesitation (14:30 – 15:00)

If they say "let me think about it": "Totally fair. What's the one thing you're still unsure about? Let's just clear that up now." Get the real objection. If it's money: "How much did your last losing month cost you? What we're talking about is less than one bad trade." If it's time: "We're talking 2–3 hours a day, in specific windows. That's it."

→ "Let me think about it" is almost never about time. It's either money, doubt, or an unanswered question. Find it.
